We stand behind every mattress we make. If something goes wrong due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll make it right — no runaround, no fine print surprises.
10 Years of Coverage
Structural Integrity
Covered against sagging greater than 1.5 inches that is not caused by an improper or unsupportive foundation.
Cover & Materials
Any physical flaw in the cover that causes it to split or crack under normal use conditions is fully covered.
Manufacturing Defects
Defects in workmanship — including broken zippers and foam separation — are covered for the full warranty period.
Full 10-Year Term
Coverage runs for the full 10 years from your original purchase date with no prorated deductions.
What's covered
- Body impressions or sagging deeper than 1.5 inches
- Foam softening that causes visible indentation
- Physical defects in the mattress cover or stitching
- Coil or spring failure
- Splitting, cracking, or deterioration of foam layers under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in zippers or structure
What's not covered
- Damage from improper use, abuse, or accidents
- Stains, burns, cuts, or liquid damage
- Use on an unsupportive or damaged foundation
- Mattresses sold "as is" or purchased secondhand
